About the Deputy for Advancement

The Deputy for Advancement is responsible for managing and supervising administrative and developmental functions within the Provincial Prosecution Office. This division ensures the effective operation of infrastructure development, human resource management, financial and logistical administration, organizational and procedural governance, as well as the management of state-owned assets. The Deputy also oversees the management of criminal data and statistics, the application and advancement of information technology, and provides both technical and administrative support services to all work units within the jurisdiction of Provincial Prosecution Office of West Nusa Tenggara. Its primary objective is to facilitate the efficient execution of institutional duties and responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Formulating technical policies in the field of development, including providing technical guidance, supervision, and operational security;
  • Coordinating, integrating, and synchronizing administrative cooperation among all work units;
  • Preparing and coordinating policy formulation for the planning, programming, monitoring, evaluation, and control of infrastructure and facility development;
  • Managing organizational procedures, job analysis, functional prosecutor positions, and administrative affairs related to finance, personnel, logistics, libraries, and state-owned assets;
  • Fostering and enhancing the competency, skills, and integrity of prosecution personnel;
  • Melaksanakan pembinaan manajemen terhadap pengelolaan data dan statistik kriminal serta penerapan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi di lingkungan Kejaksaan Tinggi.

The Deputy for Advancement comprises the following sub-divisions:

  1. Sub-Division of Human Resources
  2. Sub-Division of Finance
  3. Sub-Division of General Affairs
  4. Sub-Division of Criminal Statistics Data and Information Technology

Sub-Division of Human Resources
The Sub-Division of Human Resources is responsible for the management and development of all personnel-related affairs. Its functions include:

  • Preparing materials for the formulation of implementation guidelines, plans, and work programs;
  • Managing employee transfers and placements;
  • Planning and executing employee capacity-building and professional development programs;
  • Administering the functional positions of prosecutors under its supervision;
  • Managing personnel documentation, organizational records, and job analysis;
  • Overseeing employee welfare and spiritual development programs;
  • Preparing documentation for appointment, promotion, retirement, and termination proposals.

Sub-Division of Finance
The Sub-Division of Finance is responsible for the planning, administration, and monitoring of all financial activities. Its main functions include:

  • Preparing materials and drafting both regular and development budget plans;
  • Managing bookkeeping, financial verification, and accountability processes;
  • Penyiapan  bahan  penyusunan  sumbangan  perhitungan anggaran keuangan;
  • Conducting review and evaluation of regular and development budget implementation;
  • Managing treasury and financial disbursement activities.

Sub-Division of General Affairs
The Sub-Division of General Affairs manages administrative and logistical operations to support institutional effectiveness. Its functions include:

  • Managing household and facility maintenance affairs;
  • Administering employee appointment procedures and official travel arrangements;
  • Overseeing procurement and supply management;
  • Managing institutional archiving and recordkeeping systems.

Sub-Division of Criminal Statistics Data and Information Technology
The Sub-Division of Criminal Statistics Data and Information Technology Centre is responsible for below tasks:

  • Administering criminal data and statistics management systems, as well as library and reference materials;
  • Managing legal documentation and digital archiving.
